What is the minimum quantity you supply?
It depends on the product and the packing. Tell us the volume you want landed and we will confirm what is workable, including combining several products into one container when a single product will not fill it.
Can you supply against our own specification?
Yes. Purity, moisture, mesh, colour value, volatile oil, admixture and microbiology are all set by your specification sheet. We answer it line by line and say in writing what we can hold and what we cannot.
Do you send samples before an order?
Yes. Samples go out once the specification is agreed, and a pre-shipment sample of the actual lot is sent before the container moves. Counter-samples are retained here.
What packing formats are available?
PP and jute bags, cartons, big bags, vacuum packs and retail packs under your own label. The format, the liner and the pallet pattern are agreed before the order is confirmed.
Which certifications do you hold?
FSSAI licensing, APEDA registration, Spices Board of India registration and ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety systems. Copies go out with the quotation; we do not publish registration numbers on the website.
What payment terms do you work on?
Letter of credit at sight, cash against documents, or advance transfer, agreed per contract and stated on the proforma before anything is committed.
Can you handle private label and retail packing?
Yes, alongside bulk. Artwork, pack size and the destination’s labelling rules are settled before production, so the pack clears its market on the first submission.
Do you also import and re-export?
Yes. The imported range covers origins India does not grow — pepper and cassia, cloves and clove stems, star anise, black cardamom, oregano and caraway — consolidated with your Indian products on one invoice.
