How we work

From the growing belt to your bonded warehouse.

Stage 01

Contracted at origin

Lots are booked with grower groups in the belt the crop actually comes from, at the moisture and colour grade your spec calls for.

Stage 02

Cleaned and graded

Destoned, sortex-cleaned and screened to size. Steam sterilisation and fumigation arranged where the destination requires it.

Stage 03

Tested and documented

Pre-shipment samples, third-party lab reports, phytosanitary and certificate of origin prepared before the container is stuffed.

Stage 04

Stuffed and shipped

FCL and LCL out of the west and south coast ports, with photographs of the loaded container sent the day it leaves.

Purity, moisture, admixture, colour value and mesh agreed in writing before we buy the lot.

Packed for the voyage

Jute, PP, laminated paper or vacuum, 5–50 kg, palletised and liner-bagged against transit moisture.

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and lab certificates handled in house.

Sampled before shipping

Pre-shipment samples couriered on request, and retained here against the lot number you receive.
